The people — and the legal structure — behind Amushelelo.
This is unbuilt land backed by a formal legal and financial structure. Here's exactly who's responsible for what.
Who's responsible for what.
Michael Amushelelo
Project LeadLeads the Amushelelo project end-to-end — from master planning through to launch and delivery.
Harvey Boulter
Financial Structuring & FundingStructures the financial model behind the instalment land-payment plan and the project funding arrangements.
Kadhila Amoomo

Alex Shikemeni
Insurance & AccountsOversees insurance and financial accounts supporting the project's day-to-day operations.
The Wider Team
Planning, Legal & Delivery PartnersTown planners, engineers and delivery partners working alongside the core team.
Full bios and photography for the team above are being finalised and will be added ahead of launch — role descriptions here have been kept intentionally factual until then.
Three independent roles, one safeguarded process.
Property Group Save Namibia (PGSN)
The promoter behind Hosea Kutako Airport Estate — responsible for the master plan, the phased delivery programme and the day-to-day running of the project.
Kadhila Amoomo Legal Practitioners
The independent legal practice that administers the trust account, drafts and holds the purchase agreements, and handles conveyancing through to title registration.
Nedbank Namibia
Purchaser payments are collected through Nedbank Namibia into the attorneys' trust account — a formal banking channel, not cash handed to individuals.
Purchaser payments are first collected into a separate, dedicated Project trust account controlled by the Stakeholder Lawyers — Kadhila Amoomo Legal Practitioners as the initial Stakeholder Lawyers — and are dealt with in accordance with the purchaser's written agreement. Funds are never held by the project team or any individual — it's the same legal safeguard used in formal property transactions.
Radical thinking. Practical delivery.
Bold thinkers
We question housing models that exclude people without a large deposit or immediate bank finance.
Catalysts for growth
We aim to unlock land, infrastructure, employment and long-term community development.
Challengers of the status quo
Secure priority, build Home Credit over time and choose a homesite when the phase is legally ready.
Decent housing should be a foundation for life, not a privilege reserved for the few.
